This position will be in Maple Grove. We also have clinics in Chanhassen, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, St. Michael/Albertville, Monticello, and
Waconia.
Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. We can be flexible and will work with you to determine a schedule
that best meets your needs and the clinic’s needs!
Patient Care Coordinator Position Summary:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking pediatric therapy services and play a vital role in supporting clients
and therapists through efficient, compassionate communication. The majority of your day will focus on phone and text outreach to manage scheduling, fill therapist
caseloads, and ensure that every child receives the care they need promptly. You will also handle incoming referral calls, follow-ups, and client inquiries, making
sure that families feel supported from their very first interaction with SunnyDays Therapy. This is an ideal role for someone who:

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a starting base salary of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with additional monthly individual and team bonuses and annual performance-based increases.

Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment and regularly spends long periods sitting and using office equipment and computers. Tasks are repetitive using hands, fingers, and arms, headphones, speaking clearly and listening actively, occasionally lifting 5-10 pounds.
